SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 10 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when USPS is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day (Monday thru Friday) and then shipped. Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next business shipping date. Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided. If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.
EXTREME TEMPERATURES
Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. The Dirty Candle will replace your items at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s)
that are unusable.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
The least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount.
ECO-FRIENDLY SHIPPING
We make a conscious effort to use eco-friendly packing materials when feasible. To wrap candles, we use a die-cut kraft paper. For box fillers we use kraft paper or packing peanuts that dissolve in water.

RETURN POLICY
While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your’ The Dirty Candle purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at thedirtycandle@gmail.com Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
RETURNS
Please contact us at thedirtycandle@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item if it’s available, send us an email at thedirtycandle@gmail.com
